Talented and accomplished entrepreneur and project management professional with strong technical management and operations management background. Proven ability to direct team, departments, and projects. Expertise in budgeting/finance, business operations, project/program management, technology implementations and Project Management Office (PMO) implementation. Able to effectively lead multi-functional business, architectural and engineering and technology teams. Experience in architectural and engineering, telecommunications/wireless and information technology sectors. Adept at business development, client relations, contract negotiations, and technology evaluation and selection. Familiar with system/network engineering, network administration, software development, web development, and technical support. Able to direct complete project lifecycles and deliver all documentation. Excellent analysis, reporting, and communication skills.

As a Not-for-Profit Board Director and Vice Chair, I support the work of Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce’s chief executive officer (CEO), the Board-CEO relationship is a partnership, and provide appropriate involvement in the Board that is both critical and expected.

Additionally, I am a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Microsoft SharePoint, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). Currently I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Technology Leadership (MSTL) with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE).

As an environmental and design professional/consultant, I am experienced in overseeing environmental services for multiple commercial and government projects that often require considerable resources and a high level of functional integration, taking environmental projects from original concept through final implementation. I interface with all areas affected by the project including end-users, distributors, and vendors and ensure adherence to quality standards. I communicate regarding the status of specific environmental projects and am responsible for assembling environmental project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, and reviewing project deliverables. I am responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life span (initiation, planning, execution, control, close, scheduling, cost and risk management). Additionally, I hold a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver.
